On this very moment we are busy to make connections for future selling points in Zwolle. This is our first target.

Takemebag is just started with the gathering of the shirt bags. This is a priority before we start to produce. As soon as the first bags (and hopefully other products) are ready we will post it on our site and in the social media; Linkedin and Facebook

How to order a bag

We don’t have any stock (yet) but you can order a bag, we do hope you will. you will be placed on a waiting list. And will be informed about the waiting period. This is the period the bag will be actually custommade for you in person. If you are also the one providing us with the base material, shirt bags, (15 minimum) your name and (finding) site will be mentioned on the bag as well.

Production process

The production process takes place at KunstZinnig textiel. Under professional guidance volunteers are offered substantial daytime activities by co assisting in the manufacturing process. The work is light, simple and re -creative

The volunteers are joining in a social network and they tribute to a cleaner world at the same time.

From every sold bag 10% is put aside in favour of the volunteers for an activity or goal of choice

Pre process and pre production

Marit mainly takes care of the total concept and media activities. The preparation of the sewing process; cutting the plastics and for gathering newspapers and magazines and the shirt we are both responsible.

The commercial process and public relations

We are both involved as we are both equally attached to this product.

On areas where our own expertise fails we ask other experts to help us out.

Do you have any experience on the sewing machine? Can you cut and carve?

Ambition

We are both creative people whom want to create beautiful things. This is an obvious ambition. But the real ambition is to free our world, our homes, our sea’s of plastic bags to start in Zwolle

If Takemebag becomes successful we hope the concept spreads like oil.

Takemebag is a future 'open source' product, with satellite ateliers on several locations. Products made by independent workshops. It could be a beginning of local undertakings that gathers and makes the bags. And by doing so inspire local people to change their plastic behaviors too!
